If you are unable to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you the personal data concerning you. The COUTURE NUPTIALE customer service team is reachable 5 days a week under the conditions stated on the website. This service is reachable by electronic means only (email), or by telephone on 01 48 01 83 00 during the following hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm.
Given the high volume of calls received, requests are classified and handled in order of priority. Accordingly, a non-urgent call is handled within a maximum period of 48 working hours.
